Doha Lounge Access While Transiting
Hi,
I am traveling with my family on an American Airlines Award in business class PHL-DOH-BLR. I have about a 12 hour layover in Doha. With my OneWorld Emerald status through AA, will I gain access to the Al Safwa Lounge ? Will they allow access for my family ?

Any ideas on how to spend 12 hours in transit ?
