As far as fare basis, I don't see one specifically pointed out but it's probably included somewhere in the fare calculation which shows this:

The "I agree" terms are discussed a few pages back. Basically, we agreed that the tix were not refundable until confirmed/issued and it looks like they've done that but just not printed them.
