Hilton PVR (all-inclusive) is a great option but you likely wont get the complimentary upgrade in December as that is their busy season. Its definitely worth paying for the suite w/ hot tub at this location. Resort offers top shelf alcohol w/ inclusive stays. Their staff is also the best I have experienced at any Hilton property.

Hilton Montego Bay (all-Inclusive), December is their busy season but this resort has a nice beach area and room upgrade isn't as important. Food is decent but drinks are blah. Water park onsite w/ swim up bar is nice.

Curio All Inclusives in Jamaica are awful, avoid these dumps.
