So how many months after converting did you get billed the fee? It sounds like you paid it and kept the card. I certainly have no complaints about what I've gotten out of the card ($300x2 + 50% bonus on my 110k UR points) and had they billed me the $450 promptly, I would have been happy to pay it. But at this point, given that I've taken advantage of their generosity, I don't see a benefit in paying for another year, other than maybe doing the right thing.

I don't really do enough traveling to make use of the PP. My next flight after this one will be out of HPN and there's no lounge (and barely a waiting area) at that sad excuse for an airport. Then maybe next October out of EWR but that would mean another year of membership at that point.
