There are some M&M SEN benefits like to be able to book LX First awards and better/earlier access to LH F awards. I think on the wait-listing for those awards also M&M SENs and HON have highest priority.

Also access to preferred seats on LH, OS and LX and free ASR comes only for M&M SEN, as well as two upgrade vouchers awarded for (re-)qualification, 25% more miles for M&M airline flights, Companion Award for a travel companion at 50% of the miles required.

Other than that real tangible benefits? Rather not.

So if you fly M&M airlines a lot being SEN is quite nice but for just lounge access, fast track or baggage allowance there are no differences.
