I also have been rerouted. Was RUH-DOH-PHL but now RUH-KWI-DOH-PHL. With a 6 month old that will be fun but honouring my upgrade which is worth it. If your flying from RUH then they are only rerouting via KWI. Now just need to pack enough milk for the trip!
