I'd cut the memberships up..

for QF & CX sectors... use your Qf FF# ... looking at your trip
you might/should get GOLD

put the rest on AA

or.. put no FF# on the boarding passes (fly as nobody) and send the passes to both QF *AND* AA to get points/SC after your trip....
