The MO for me, the Park Suite or the Knightsbridge Turret Suites are the best, The Berkeley is also very good and you now have Pétrus, Marcus Wareings restaurant in the building and the Boxwood Cafe, both excellent.

Also worth a look is The Capital, in Basil street, the Harrods end, also with an excellent restaurant.
