Thanks Ski. The celeb chef table is probably overkill for me, but STK looks good.

STK is not hidden, but it is very good also, along with Holsteins. Eggslut looks really good too, haven't tried it yet.

Holsteins looks great, and I will try to search out Rose Rabbit Lie. Sounds interesting.

Enjoyed STK greatly when I was there (March). Not cheap but very high quality.

Jaleo was fine - I love Jose Andres' restaurants, portions were pretty meager given the inflated Vegas pricing in effect. He also has the small tasting menu place noted but IIRC it runs like $250/pp before alcohol.

Also did Momofuku and that is always good.

Thanks for the info. Not into the fine dining much, but the others sound great.
