Hi, know that this was a long time ago but was it at CDG? And was it Menzies that you emailed? And did it take from november to july?
Recently forgot my computer on board an airfrance flight and have to same amazement that they only are reachable by email. Without any reply that "we have received your email and get back to you shortly" in this time would be so easy. One reason me as a frequent flyer with Air France is sceptic to choose this company before others. In case you are stupid like me. Or the accident arrives in forgetting things.
