Short answer is: once seatbelt sign is off an initial drinks service is served, so around 90-minutes into the flight.

If you pre-order a special meal you'll get it before other passengers. Otherwise you'll have the generic "chicken or pasta?" option (unless they've run out, in which case pasta will appear before you).

Service before landing won't be a full meal, it's a simple breakfast box, which will arrive about 60-mins prior to landing or thereabouts.
