Navi_jen - I can't help with suggestions but will bookmark this thread for suggestions should I ever get to New England. However I'm wondering why you can't fly with an Air Cast - I broke my 5th metatarsal whilst in HK and had to wear an Air Cast for about 6 weeks. I was able to fly as it can be taken off in the event of swelling.
