Personally love Koloa Landing.

Main selling point is the decor--very modern. And spacious. Plus full kitchen (though I am not sure if applies to new suites--older buildings were all 1+ bedroom suites). Very much like what you'd expect staying in any modern Marriott timeshare unit.

Newest buildings are in front with varying ocean views. And since is no beach in front--have to walk about five minutes to the nearest beach, which is on front of the Sheraton!

Are two shopping centers very close by including an upscale supermarket.
