I would LOVE to see the next generation CW "all aisle access" mirror JAL's Apex Suites. 7-across on a 777-300ER but staggered so nobody climbs over another person. That might help reduce the loss of capacity and they are ultra private.
The Apex suites are not that space efficient, on a 787-8 between doors 1 and 2,BA has 21 business seat JAL has 18. Between doors 2 and 3 on the 77W BA has 56 seats and JAL has 42. (all with the caveat for galley and lavatory locations influencing as well). So it could seem quite a seat loss to go for something similar.
