Innovation is good, and Cruz has said that they're revamping to include direct aisle access by 2019. I'm not an apologist, I just don't mind the CW seats, with the caveat that I have never needed to take the middle rear-facing seats. On competing routes, I can completely understand why people wouldn't want to fly on BA. I just didn't really care for this reviewer's attitude going into the video as I tried to explain before.

I would LOVE to see the next generation CW "all aisle access" mirror JAL's Apex Suites. 7-across on a 777-300ER but staggered so nobody climbs over another person. That might help reduce the loss of capacity and they are ultra private.
