You can't beat the location of the Marriott for getting to the north, south, and west sides of the island. The free airport shuttle can save on a car rental at the beginning and end of your trip, if desired. The rooms are good, and the property has an amazing garden and pool. I've stayed there for a night or more every year for a decade and almost always got an upgrade to partial or full ocean view as a gold.

Courtyard is basic but restaurants, grocery stores, and other stores are walkable. I got a partial ocean view upgrade as a gold.

I haven't been to the Sheraton in years, but I much prefer the Marriott. My award room at the Sheraton was in the section across the street. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel room. Good beach in front of the other section, however.

Westin Princeville is a timeshare property, so you get more amenities in the room. It's not on a beach though. Hotel status doesn't mean anything there.

Princeville is a LONG drive to the south-side beaches and boat tours and Waimea Canyon on the west side. It's also a rainy section of the island. I've stayed there for a few days in February, and it rained/poured every day.
