I would like the opening hours of OW arrivals lounges to be extended to cover all BA long-haul arrivals (or for alternative shower facilities to be made available).

I'd like CW seating to be wider and have more personal storage space. I'd like to be able to have a window seat AND not have to step over my neighbour to reach the aisle.

I've experienced superb service from all types of staff. It's good to remember all the positive experiences I've had, rather than focus on the only poor one (my last).
