This is a rapidly changing situation, and QR are rushing to put counter-measures in place.
This will take time, but for all those with flights IN THE NEXT 30 HOURS, please call your local QR office (as per the WIKI) for re-booking options.
Additional seats on other airlines are being held by QR offices, and the aim is for passengers to experience as little disruption as possible.
Not all offices have yet been updated, but the aim is to have all QR representatives up to speed, within the next 6 hours.
If you are flying in 3 days time, or a week, or 4 months, please do not call the QR offices, as you are blocking the lines for those who need urgent assistance.
