Sounds like the most likely scenario. she was educated on her error by the supervisor and didn't want to admit it was an error.

Actually reminds me of the response from VX to my DOT complaint for refund due to schedule irregularity, they said they were making an "exception", i just roll my eyes and move on. Hopefully she now knows and wont make the same mistake.
