That's the key point. The best way to get from LHR to your destination depends on the destination. For some destinations, the HEX will be the best, for some, just the tube, for others some combination, perhaps with a taxi thrown in.
+1. My hotel in London is usually the Waldorf in the Strand. Not even a five minute walk from Covent Gardens station and no stairs at the station to deal with so in my case it would be foolish to use HEX instead of the Tube.
