Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Bof

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Superior, got Superior. Which is their lowest category. They could not upgrade due to lack of availability, which is fine, however the agent try to pass the double bed as an upgrade, when I specifically book a double.

How are the rooms? Rooms are ok, the bed is comfortable. But there are wear and tear and the housekeeping does not do a great job. The bathroom has an awkward design due to their tiny size.

What was good and what was bad?
Good: location, bed
Bad: the stafff is not friendly as a rule, a couple of exceptions though. The breakfast over priced for the quality, not a lot of amenities (no gym for example)

Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? No lounge

What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Got a voucher valid for any drink but for liquor and champagne. 30% off their restaurant as a platinum member, plus cakes and grappa as a welcome gift.

Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? I will not return except for a low price. They charge a premium for the location, which is really only the positive point of this hotel.
