The last couple times I got the mid-flight snack of tomato soup / grilled cheese, they had already been pre-heated and were just sitting in the oven. I stopped by the galley to ask for it, and they plated and handed to me in less than a minute.

Obvious short-cut to save effort by the FAs and the results showed. Really dried out.
