The policy is that no one is to use the stairs during flight, I've seen Club pax sent back when they've tried to descend the stairs.
Club Kitchen is available to First, but best use the lower deck one, or ask the crew for you wish.
Just out of curiosity, do you know why this policy is in place? I have seen the crew/pax use the stairs in 747 quite often, so why different on the A380.
