Not sure about going upstairs, I can't see why a CC wouldn't let you if you ask nicely unless they have a full CW section upstairs and then it may be frowned upon (but probably still allowed), but I would definitely ask them.

You can get snacks from the Club Kitchen, but if you know what you want and there is availability, the CC will also get it for you in F.
