Maybe I am overthinking this, but I really struggle with how to respond. "You're welcome" seems wrong - it seems like an individual reply to a "corporate" thanks - a thanks that is unlikely to be offered in the first place if the employee hadn't been coached to do so.

How do others reply? As I have achieved top level status in a few airline programs, a couple of hotel programs and a couple of car rental programs, it seems to come up more and more often - and it just feels awkward.

Advice??
