In early April, I booked two award tickets in J for travel LHR-DEL in mid-Aug and return in early Sept. Had to be flexible with dates because many were not available.
Also looked at LHR-BOM but that seemed to be worse.
You can also use SWISS, connecting in ZRH; they seemed to have quite good availability, but we stuck with BA because of Oneworld benefits and direct flight.
