Surely all FTers should receive the extension even if they weren't due to travel that weekend, if only on the basis that we have had to listen to some of those who were caught up moan so much.


PS. To avoid any doubt, this is not a serious suggestion from me - for those caught up I know for some it was dreadful. I only just escaped, despite having a 'free pass' to have the day to myself by the system going down when it did. Any later and I would have already booked a quick day return to LHR.
