From my experience getting miles for miles/voucher upgraded flight on OZ is a pain.
My flights on A3 upgraded by A3 vouchers have never be credited (I have exchanged several emails)
My LH flight upgraded from PE to C using PPB points - miles was credited after a few months, and several emails.
Generally speaking handling of non standard cases in OZ is very poor. I am avoid crediting such flights to OZ.
