IMHO my problems with BA longhaul videos (IFE) in CW are: 1. The amount of times it fails to work and has to be reset. 2 Because of wear, the screen no long stays in position. 3 Faulty "crackly" audio and broken audio jacks. 4 Relatively small screen size, screen scratches, and poor resolution. 5 Limited viewing selection for frequent flyers. 6 It is too easy to nudge the handset accidentally with your elbow.

IMHO my problems with the BA CW seat are: 1. Sometimes the footstool won't hold its position and gives an angled lay-flat instead of completely lay flat. 2. The break between the bed and footstool gives an uncomfortable gap. 3. The seat is a bit narrow for my large frame. 4. There is little privacy in the middle pairs of seats. 5. After a few hours the lack of seat padding becomes evident. 6. Your neighbor can shake your seat when they move around. 7. The drawer is too shallow and lack of storage at elbow height. 8. Inadequate main lighting dimmer control, allows light to leak too much from neighboring seats in a dark overnight cabin. 9. Tray table is too small, too slippy to hold paper, and often droops towards floor. 10. If you have an aisle seat, your neighbors trays and drink service are passed in-front of your face, and glasses and dirty cutlery can accidentally fall or spill onto your lap or computer. 11. Just for fun, a lack of noice canceling for snoring, crying babies and galley chatter.
