It probably isn't a great idea to have a sign with the first initial and last name of guests sitting at the front door. Some folks might not want their information advertised.
And, I have a hunch the marketing geniuses at Hyatt didn't plan on "Glob" being the name that is going to stick for this program.
I know I'm arriving to the party late, (as a matter of fact, everyone else has probably left and the lights are turned out on this naming convention fun but hey, can't resist)...
Surely a lifetime Globalist (aka Glob) becomes a Gollum? (you'd likely look and feel like one after staying that long...
You can recognise the Gollum in the lounge as they are the person in the corner talking to themselves whilst stroking their membership card and calling it their 'precious'
