Room Upgrade: Booked resort view, and was "upgraded" to a connecting room that was "partial ocean view" that was more looking at the roof than the ocean. The hotel was sold out so no options to move unfortunately.
Early Checkin: Not used
Late Checkout: Offered and accepted.
Daily Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast buffet and tea/coffee/juice at 2 different onsite restaurants. Oddly, they don't drop a bill or anything, and just said breakfast is included, thanks. I inquired about gratuity since we usually charge that to the room as well, and they said that was included already and not necessary.
Special Amenity: $100 USD "food/beverage" credit that also applied to valet or any other charges (not room and tax)
Promotion: 4th night free

Overall, one of the smallest rooms/bathrooms I've ever stayed in, but didn't have any other options available. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but connecting rooms are pretty bad since I could hear the people talking next door, so request to NOT have a connecting room. Terrible for this level of hotel. Outside of the room, everything was great. Service at restaurants, pools, beach, etc was available, but not intrusive.
