Advice on my Asia Itinerary

Hi there, everyone. This is my first ever post so please excuse my Noobness. Me and my wife are traveling to Asia in early September and I put together an Itinerary and I am looking for advice on if I am skipping something or just thoughts on how difficult it will be or if I am not spending long enough in one place or maybe too long in one place. We have 18 days. So I am assuming that is actually 16 days because of the travel time to get there and back from Cincinnati. We love the journey as much as the destination so our trips usually involve a lot of moving around. I am also new to using miles, if there is any advice on that. We signed up for 3 cards each and each came with a 50,000 sign up bonus so we have 300,000 total. I am able to use the cards at my families business to rack up the minimums spends to get the bonuses.

1st Stop: Tokyo - 3 Days

2nd Stop: Hong Kong - 3 days

3rd Stop: Hanoi / Ha Long Bay - 3 Days (looking for advice on this. Any places better? Too much trouble to get to Ha Long in that time?)

4th Stop - 3 Days: Open. We have not decided but we have pretty much written off Thailand because it will be the height of their rainy season. This stop is also optional, we could spend longer at any of the previous stops or longer at the next one.

5th Stop: Bali - 4 Days (We like to end in a relaxing environment)

Thanks for taking the time to read my long winded post and any advice is much appreciated.
