I do like Le Meridien's proximity to all the shops in Regent Street and Piccadilly. There weren't any renovations when I went up there a couple months ago, but the health club is still closed. I called them yesterday, in fact, and the nice lady said that it's more likely to remain closed for the remainder of the year. Same thing goes for the swimming pool.

I thought it was a very good value and I paid £110 which wasn't too bad. It was also brought to my attention Le Meridien now has high speed internet in all the rooms. I remember the old days when I had to use the modem to dial into AOL and incur £4 hook-up fees!
