Stayed there for a one night out of two nights in Seoul in the small Superior Room. It was cheap enough but definitely an example of you get what you pay for...
They don't read the SPG.com stay requests so don't bother filling it in. I filled it in for extra bottles of water and one extra towel for 2 weeks consecutively and arrived to none.
It was also ultra, ultra drying with the AC turned off. I don't mind room temperature since Seoul is cool at nights but I made the ultimate mistake. It got so dry that my dry skin started peeling and I had to wake up 3 times in the night for water. I don't know how their HVAC managed that feat when turned off.
Also, the water pressure was pretty weak and all the hotel could tell me that higher floors suffer poor water pressure. I've been to taller hotels and stayed on higher floors and experienced better pressure so it's probably a poor design.
The hotel offered to move me to a Deluxe room for the second night but I just decided to check out early and go else where.
This hotel is still a great value and mattress run spot but not if you get the room with the suffocating HVAC and a room with poor water pressure.
