Of course we all think in terms of probability. Not always accurately though. What's being suggested is that your judgement of the profile is wrong.

To number 4, that's probably precisely what happened - and may explain flight one. To that end, that is something I haven't considered - could have been a bevy of silvers sitting in the gate area waiting to board last and try to clear.
