The OP and his "judging" the passengers reminds me of the DYKWIA who got on a plane and began to quiz those of us whom he thought didn't look right. (Aka not male business man). I pointed out that I was # 1 on The list so I probably Outranked him. Elderly woman next to me said "I'm old and rich. I paid for this seat". Entire Cabkn laughed and an FA moved DYKWIA along.
