Two back to back rentals of one day: 5/28 and 5/29 returns.

The extra 3,000 bonus miles per rental aren't there and I was targeted with the email.

I'm silver with united and have the united club card.

Am I owed another 500 for being silver plus the 3k. Is this right ?

Increased MileagePlus award mile earning opportunities on all qualifying paid Hertz car rentals picked up on or after November 1, 2014:
1,250 miles per rental for MileagePlus members with Premier® Platinum status and higher
1,000 miles per rental for MileagePlus Premier Silver and Premier Gold members
750 miles per rental for MileagePlus Chase Cardmembers
500 miles per rental for all other MileagePlus members
