A counterpart (who is still employed with another airline and in the same division), said the values I posted haven't moved TOO MUCH in 10 years, but the concept is very much the same with everyone, especially the idea of keeping this "cost neutral" between partners. This is why Alaska & Icelandair had a HUGE spat a few years ago.
Regarding 3C's post - airlines are going to be reporting the valuation much differently to comply some some IRS ruling last year. This is also a reason some airlines are being very finicky about how they handle buddy passes & registered guests.
