I believe that Kempinski has a strong relationship with BMW through the Sixt car rental company. I remember having seen ads at Kempinski with BMW/Sixt branding.
House cars are very common, another excample in London is FSPL with a RR. I relate Kempinski with Mercedes. Munich offers AMG, Adlon has also S-Classes/ Maybach cars.
