OK, so far very dissatisfied with the service. I confirmed my order on the 19th May, got an email from head of the residuals department, Ms. A*** Hol*****er that my order would be placed, yesterday (2nd June) I called them to check on the status as I hadn't heard anything, the agent who looked into my file said the order hasn't been placed yet.
I can't believe how incompetent they are...
Of course, when I called it was late Friday afternoon, so all the agent could do was send a message to this Ms. A H that I asked to be called back.
Did others on this forum also have to deal with Ms. A H?
So, now all I want is a quick resolution to this matter...its been far too long for what is a pretty standard order (Samsonite Lite-Shock)
