I was scheduled to fly BA Moscow-London-Las Vegas last Sunday
Only the Moscow to London flight was canceled, but that prevented me from getting to the second flight. Am I entitled to 600 Euro based on the total distance, or just the amount for the shorter flight that was canceled? I ended up booking a one way ticket on Finnair to fly Moscow-Helsinki-Chicago-Las Vegas. Originally scheduled I would have been 7 hours late arriving to LAS, but due to a late departure (mechanical) I had to spend the night in Chicago.
