I am sure I have read here that confirmed RP tickets are considered confirmed FC tickets, but the PM desk is refusing to let me SDC unless I go on the upgrade waitlist.

I guess I will try calling again shortly, but it is discouraging. I have RP on both legs, and am not trying to change routing. Though the LAX-ATL leg I want is marketed as business, which of course it is not.
