I still have the old Chase Signature Visa Card that promises one PQM for every dollar spent on United.com, with an annual limit of 5000 PQMs. In recent years, this has worked well, and helped me to qualify for Gold status. But this year, less than half of the flights I have charged on United with this card have resulted in PQMs. I called United about this, a month ago, and they said to call Chase. I called Chase, spent more than an hour on the phone with a Chase representative who eventually got a United representative on the line, for a three-way conversation, and was eventually told that the Chase representative would initiate a correction with her supervisor to solve the problem, which would show up in my account within a month.

Needless to say, a month later, nothing has changed. Today, I spent more than two hours on the phone with Chase, first with a regular representative, and later with a Chase manager. During those calls, the representative got a United representative on the line, for a three way conversation, and then a United supervisor on the line, who eventually also spoke to the Chase manager. They seemed to be talking past one another. Finally, somewhere beyond the two hour point, the Chase manager said goodbye to the United supervisor and told me that I would be contacted within 3 to 7 calendar days by some other Chase department that would help me to solve this problem. She took my phone numbers for that purpose.

Can anyone advise who to contact and how to solve this problem? I have already received 2514 PQMs total, showing up at the end of January, February, and March in my mileage plus account, based on my Chase Signature card purchases on United, but nothing since. However, by mid-March I had already spent more than $5000 using my Chase Signature card on United.com, so I should have already received the maximum of 5000 PQMs for 2017.
