A333's range is 11750 km/7301 miles, fully loaded. The distance between SEA-HKG is 10490 km/6518 miles. A333's cruising speed is 540 mph per my research. So A333 should be able to make the trip with more than 1 hour of range to spare. The only downside is if facing strong headwind, A333 will have to divert to ANC for refueling.

Even Airbus advertises that A333 can make this route (and even further destinations).
It is not possible because Cathay A333s do not have crew rest. Period.
