Arrival+ T&C claim that "This onetime 50,000 miles bonus offer is valid for first-time Cardmembers with new accounts only" but we know that isn't true in practice.
They haven't enforced at any point in the past but that doesn't mean they won't this time around I guess. But many people who violated that got the points when the 40k offer came back in Dec/Jan.
