Called CSR. The rep was extremely unhelpful. Told me there was no offers available to me and that I actually had to go through the cancellation process in order for them to see offers. Also told me to wait until the fee posted then call back. Asked him if I could talk to someone else and he said no.
Of course this was unacceptable.
Called back and specifically asked for retention. $300 or 30,000 points. Took the points even though I'll probably just use it for point for penny department store gift cards (may change my mind).
