From what I understand you had a reservation but could not issue the ticket in time. At this stage the reservation is void and there is no obligation on the airline to honour the reservation.

The second reservation may have been bookef incorrectly, but if it was not issued there is no obligation for the airline to honour this reservation either.

It would be impossible for Asiana to verify that there was business availability on the date you made the second booking. Asiana Gold is not very far up the pecking order either. Best you can hope for is a goodwill gesture but there is certainly bo obligation on Asiana, even if a mistake was made.
