Hi provided you cancel 24 hours prior to travel of the first outbound flight then you will get the Avios recredited in full. The taxes, fees and charges are refunded minus a £35 per person cancellation fee.

Changes would need to be at least 24 hours prior to the flight you are changing and you pay £35 per person amend fee plus difference in taxes, fees and charges and Avios.
