many American agents think that Gold on Alaska is equal to their Gold, which is their lowest level of status.

Ive had my share of "do you mind verifying as Im top tier/mid tier partner elite and we are supposed to be waived..." typically does the trick, and "oh yeah, here it is..."

Our full status now shows in AA Sabre, unlike before. All my boarding passes now say "G 75" on them instead of "AS MVP".
