I normally check TACA.com daily, their specials can change, and sometimes only last a day or so, sometimes weeks.

They hardly ever have specials out of Houston, but the cities vary, and you may be able to find a flight where you want to go for not too much money.

They also had a promo a month or so ago where they added 2,000 miles if you updated your info (it had to be different from your current info).

And they give you 2,000 miles online booking bonus, which yielded more miles than what I got for my IAH-SPS flight. They forgot to credit it, so I had to email for it. Looks like I'll have to do the same on my MIA-SJO .....
